Even though she's kind of a funny shape, they're so adjustable on every strap, the Large fit her great. One of the first things we ordered for her (once we had her so I could measure her ribcage girth) was one of these harnesses. We just got another dog, a Shar-Pei mix, and she is a bit of a puller too. Just make sure to clip one end of the leash to the front and one to the back, like in the picture. She is very interested in other dogs, alarmingly so sometimes, and it is finally possible to wrangle her in a different direction with this harness, even for me as a female without much upper body strength. The iFreeDome comes as a standard on Deluxe models. It actually does keep her from pulling too much - more specifically, it gives you a lot more control if she does pull. Integrated FreeDome Yoke allows the client to rotate 360 degrees while supported in the LiteGait harness enabling practice of walking backward or sideways over the treadmill, as well as gait, balance, and other activities facing outward in the LiteGait overground. She has since associated this harness with walking or going somewhere and loves when we pick it up. She isn't even that big for a Dane, about 110 lbs. She would either scrape it off, pull anyway, or show sudden and unexpected cleverness and whip around when we least expected it and chomp a leash/etc in half before we could stop her. We tried every kind of head-harness, prong collar, and other harnesses to no effect.
This was the only thing that worked for our Great Dane.
